- The Pru East District Directorate of Ghana Health Service (GHS) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations from the Member of Parliament’s share of National Health Insurance Authority Fund to enable the construction of twelve (12) unit bed capacity ward at Parambo Health Centre.
The Pru East District Directorate of Ghana Health Service hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors with Ministry of Works and Housing Certificates in the category of D4K4 and above for the:
Construction of 12-Unit Beds Capacity with office, store Parambo, YEJI (GHS/NHIA/WK/NCT/2024/01)
A tenderer will be selected under the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Tendering is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Tender Document.
Tender documents (and additional information) may be inspected and purchased at the office of the District Director, Ghana Health Service, Pru East District, Yeji – BE/R for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) on working days between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm. Tenderers are to submit their completed tenders with the following relevant valid documents:
1. Registrar General’s Registration Certificate (With evidence of current renewal receipt)
2. Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D4K4 and above)
3. Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Tax Clearance Certificate
4. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
5. Labour Clearance Certificate
6. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate
7. Tender Security of Three Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵3,000.00) in the form of Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from a recognized Insurance Company
Completed and sealed Tender Documents bearing address One (1) below and clearly marked with the Contract Package Number and Contract Description must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the front of the Finance Office of the Pru East District Health Directorate, near Yeji Prison’s on or before 20th March, 2024 at 10:00am prompt. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
Tenders will be opened on 20thMarch, 2024 at 10:00am prompt in the Director’s Office of Pru East District Health Directorate Office in the presence of the tenderer’s or their representatives who choose to attend.
