- The Tamale Metropolitan Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Companies/Contractors. Tendering process will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and in the Guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Authority. Interested eligible Companies/Contractors may obtain further information using the address given below at paragraph 6 and, inspect the Tender Documents from 9:00am - 4:00pm local time starting from, Monday, March 11, 2024. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested tenderers/bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (Gh₵500.00) only. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter.
In addition to the general requirements stated in the Tender Documents, all tenderers shall also submit the following statutory documents as part of their tenders which must be valid as at the date of opening:
