- Additional Information:
- 1. Bank of Ghana intends to apply part of its budget to fund eligible
payments under the contract for the Procurement of Toyota Land
Cruiser 300 (LC 300) Vehicles for the Bank of Ghana.
2. Bank of Ghana invites sealed Tenders through National Competitive
Tendering for the supply of the above-mentioned items. Tendering will
be in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering Method
(NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003
(ACT 663) as Amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement
Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tenderers shall quote for all quantities in the package. Tenders not
offering all quantities in the package shall be declared nonresponsive.
4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain a complete set of Tender
documents at the address below from Mondays to Fridays between
the hours of 09:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The document will be available
from March 5, 2024 to March 22 2024 for inspection and collection.
5. A non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00)
should be paid to Account Name and Number: Miscellaneous Income;
PL 52078 at the Banking Hall, Bank of Ghana, Accra or at any of its
branches in the country.

The pay-in-slip should be submitted with an introductory letter from
eligible suppliers to the Procurement and Transport Office, CPC
Building, Complex, 1st Floor, Bank of Ghana, Spintex, Accra to
purchase the tender document.
6. All Tenders must be accomplished by a Signed Tender Securing
Declaration.
7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
representatives who choose to attend at the Bank of Ghana Head
Office, 4th Floor Auditorium, Accra at 10.30 a.m. local time on
March 25, 2024. Late Tenders will be rejected.
8. Tenderers shall submit their tenders with the following documents:
i. Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
ii. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
v. Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration

vi. Manufacturer’s Authorization
Please note that all documents shall be valid at the time of tender
closure.
9. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before
10.30 a.m. on March 25, 2024. Completed tender document sealed

10. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 180 days after the deadline for
