- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested Tenderers may inspect and purchase Tender documents at the Regional Planning Coordinating Unit (RPCU) of the Northern Regional Coordinating Council at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00).
Tenderers are required to submit with their Tenders the under-listed documents:
i. Valid Business Registration Certificates with evidence of current annual receipt
ii. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works & Housing Certificate (D3K3 or above)
iii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
v. Valid Labour Certificate
vi. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate
vii. Tender Security – 2% of Contract Sum/Tender Price
viii. Experience with GETFUND projects
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
Completed sealed Tenders, bearing the address below and clearly marked with the Contract Package Number and Contract Description must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the office of the Regional Development Planning Officer (Room 72) at the NRCC on or before 10:00am on Thursday, 4th April 2024.
Late Tenders shall be rejected.
Tenders shall be opened at 10:00am on Thursday, 4th April 2024 in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the NRCC.
