Additional Information:
• The Abuakwa South Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its Capacity Support Grants budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of 100 No. Signage’s for Street Naming and Property Addressing within the Municipality viz

• The Goods and the Contract expected to be awarded under this IFT is detailed in the description

• The Abuakwa South Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders (“Tenders”) from eligible and qualified entities or persons (“Tenderers”) to provide the goods referenced above.

• More details on the requirements are provided in the Schedule of Requirement, Technical Specification, and Price Schedules included in the Tender Documents accompanying this IFT which can be accessed through the Ghana Electronic Procurement System (GHANEPS) of the Public Procurement Authority using the link https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh/epps/app/searchPlan.do

• This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”.


• A contractor will be selected using the National Competitive Tendering procedures prescribed in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, which can be accessed on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.

• It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement.
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA

• A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵200.00) for each set of Tender Documents. Payment shall be made electronically through the GHANEPS.

• The deadline for submission of Tenders is at 10.00 am local time on Thursday 4th April, 2024. Tenders shall be submitted electronically through the GHANEPS and must be delivered on or before the time specified above.

• All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration form as specified in the Tender Documents, and valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Tender opening.

• Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the virtual tender opening meeting on GHANEPS
