PPA Ghana

Additional Information:: SDD-UBIDS now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the procurement of the items under the National Competitive Tendering Procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
The following documentations are required:
1. Company’s Registration Certificates 6. A Tender Security of GHC 5,000.00
2. Current Valid Tax Clearance Certificate 7. Any other relevant document
3. Current Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
4. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate
5. PPA Certificate of Registration or Evidence of Registration
A complete set of Tender Documents may be inspected and purchased at the SDD-UBIDS, Finance Directorate, Wa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 500.00) only per each set of Tender Document between 8: 30am – 4: 00 pm each working day from Monday to Friday, 2024.
Completed Tenders should be deposited in a Tender Box located at the Procurement Directorate, Central Administration, Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Bamahu, Wa on or before Thursday, 4th April, 2024 at 10:30 am prompt.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submission.
