- Additional Information:
- • The Effutu Municipal Assembly has received part of the project funds through statutory funding and intends to apply a portion to cover eligible payment for the contract for Works. The requirements are indicated in the description.
• The Effutu Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for contract of Supplies listed above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663, 2003 as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
• Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Effutu Municipal Assembly’s Co-ordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days.
• Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only for this lot. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
• Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below on or before 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday 28th March, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Tender document must be accompanied with the following statutory qualification requirements; a valid Business Registration Certificate, valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, valid Works and Housing Certificate, valid Labour Certificate, valid Registration Certificate from PPA and other qualification information that will be stated in the stated in the tender data sheet.
• Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative who choose to attend at the Conference Hall of Effutu Municipal Assembly at 11:00 hours GMT Thursday 28th March, 2024.
