Tender Description:: Construction of 1 No. 6 – Unit BSI Classroom Block and 12-Seater Water Closet Toilet with Mechanized Borehole at Happa Basic School in the Lambussie District in Upper West Region.

Additional Information:: The Projects are to be completed within Six (6) Months.

Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and purchase Tender Documents from the office of the Regional Procurement Officer at the Upper West Regional Coordinating Council at Wa from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm at a non-refundable fee of Seven Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 700.00) for any Lot.

Bidders would be required to provide the following:
1. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Registration Certificate;
2. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
3. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
4. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate;
5. Valid Business Registration Certificate;
6. Valid PPA Registration Certificate.

Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of tender figure and valid for 120 Days after tender closing date from any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission.

Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in a “Tender Box” at the Conference Hall of the Upper West Regional Coordinating Council on or before 11.30 a.m. on Monday 15th April, 2024. Tenders would be opened in public in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Contractors shall be selected in accordance with the procedures for the selection of contractors set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663 as Amended) of the Republic of Ghana.
