Additional Information:: 1. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers/bidders at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana cedis (GH¢ 500.00) from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during normal working days
2. Notwithstanding the general requirement stated in the Tender Documents, the under listed requirements are expressly demanded.
i. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
ii. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
iii. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (K3 D3)
iv. Valid Labour Certificate
v. Bid Security (as specified in the Table above)
vi. Evidence of registration with PPA
vii. Business Registration Certificate
3. Sealed Tenders should bear the address below with Lot Number/Contract Package Description and deposited into the Tender Box located at the (Procurement Unit) at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 9th April, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security as indicated above.
4. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission, in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative, who choose to attend at the Municipal Assembly Hall at 10.00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 9th April,2024
