- 1. Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply a portion of its budgetary provision from Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to cover eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation for Tenders (“IFT”) is issued. .
2. The Works and the Contract expected to be awarded under this IFT is: Landscaping and Horticultural Works and to be completed in 3 calendar months. The Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified entities or persons (“Tenderers”) to provide the works referenced above.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the following address: Procurement Directorate, Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University, Central Administration Block, First Floor and Room FN 17 from 8:30 am to 4:30pm local time on working days
5. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from Central Administration Block, First Floor, Revenue Office, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm local time on working days, by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHC500.00 for each set of Tender Documents. The method of payment will be by Banker’s Draft or Cash payable to Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University in Wa- Upper West Region.
6. The deadline for submission of Tenders is Friday, 10th May, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Tenders must bear the address below and deposited into the Tender Box located at University Reception at or before the time specified above. Late Tenders will be rejected.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender Security of 2% of the total Tender price. Tenders will be opened at 10:00am on Friday, 10th May, 2023 in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Academic Chamber (First Floor of Central Administration Block).
