Additional Information:: The Sissala East Municipal Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (N.C.T) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663 as amended) of the Republic of Ghana.
2. A complete set of documents in English may be submitted by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below.
3. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
a. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
b. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid Registrar General’s Registration Certificate
d. Valid VAT clearance certificate
e. Valid PPA certificate
4. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security if not less than 2% of the tender price and valid for 90 Days after tender closing date from any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission.
4. Tenders and supplementary documents all in English should be sealed in an envelope, bearing the inscription: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF AN AMBULANCE and delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am Tuesday 11th April, 2024
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Hall of the Sissala East Municipal Assembly at 10:00am on Tuesday 11th April, 2024.
