- 1. The Akatsi College of Education intends to apply part of its GETFUND allocation to fund the procurement of Refurbishment of the E-learning Center into Conference Room to support its programme of work..
2. The College hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the Procurement of the Refurbishment of the E-Learning Center into Conference Room at Akatsi College of Education
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003(Act 663) as amended
4. Tender validity period is 120 days.
5. A complete set of Tender Document may be purchased at the Account office upon payment of non-refundable fee of GHC300 from 29th March,2024 between 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Fridays.
6. Tenders must be signed, sealed and deposited in the Tender Box in the Office of the Procurement, Akatsi College of Education, Akatsi on or before 10am Hours GMT on Thursday, 18th day of April,2024.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the close of tender submission on the day stated above in the presence of the representative of tenderers who choose to attend. Late Tenders will be rejected.
The completed tender document must include: Bid Security (2% of Total tender figure) Valid Business Registration Certificate, Valid PPA Certificate, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate,Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate and Valid Labour Clearance Certificate and Power of Attorney
