PPA Ghana

Additional Information:: Complete sets of Tender Document may be purchased by interested and eligible Tenderers from the office
of the Procurement Unit from Tuesday,2nd April,2024 upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of
Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00).
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) Procedures specified in
the Public Procurement Act 2003, Act 663 and amended Act 914 of the Republic of Ghana and in
accordance with the guidelines and provisions of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the
Republic of Ghana.
Tenderers will be required to submit their Tenders with the following mandatory documents.
a. Company Registration Certificate
b. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
e. Valid Tender Security
f. Labour Certificate
g. Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate / Receipt
Tenders must be signed sealed and deposited in the Tender Box Located at the office of the
Procurement Unit at Tepa Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Tepa-Ashanti Region on or
before Tuesday 23rd April, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Tenders will be opened the same day in the
Presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Conference
Room of the College at 12: 30 p.m. on Tuesday, 23rd April 2024.
