Additional Information:
1. The Fisheries Commission intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) for the Supply and Installation of Office Furniture.

2. The Fisheries Commission invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for the supply of the items detailed in the description.

3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, as amended in 2016 and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of the Fisheries Commission and inspect the tender documents at the address and location below from 8:30hrs to 4:00hrs GMT starting from Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024.

5. A complete set of Tender document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 300.00).

6. Tenderers to be declared responsive, must quote for all items.

7. Tenders must be delivered on or before Friday, April 26th 2024 at the Fisheries Commission Conference Room to the address below on or before 11:00am. GMT. Tenderers shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission.

8. A Tender Security as specified in the table above must accompany tenders. Late tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their appointed representatives who choose to attend at 11:00am. Friday, April 26th 2024, at the Conference Room of the Fisheries Commission, Accra

9. Tenderers as part of the Tender should submit the following:
