- The OKAIKWEI NORTH MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund
eligible payments under the contract detailed in the description.
The OKAIKWEI NORTH MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the abovelisted contracts.
Interested Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Municipal Coordinating Director, OKAIKWEI NORTH MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY and inspect the tender documents from 8:30am - 4:00pm daily, starting from Thursday 4th April 2024 at the address given below.
A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 500.00).
The method of payment will be Cash to the OKAIKWEI NORTH MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY.
Tenderers as part of the tendering process shall submit the following statutory documents as indicated below.
a) Business Registration Certificates
b) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
c) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d) Evidence of PPA Centralized Database Registration
e) Other Documents indicated in the tender data sheet
Tenders must be delivered to the Address below on or before 10:00am on Thursday 18th April 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the deadline of tender submission.
Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend on Thursday, 18th April 2024 at 10:00am in the Conference Room of the OKAIKWEI NORTH MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY.
