- 1. Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly (SWMA) has received funds under Minerals Development Fund (Local Management Committee) and intends to apply part towards the eligible payments for the provision of Mono and Dual Desks.
2. The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Bids from eligible Suppliers for the following contract to be procured as concisely described in the description.
3. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering process specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663 (Amended), and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority.
The following documents are required from bidders:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of Sefwi Wiawso between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday from Friday.
5. A complete set of Tender Document in English may be purchased by interest eligible Tenders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana cedis (GH₵300.00).
6. All sealed Tender Documents must be delivery to the conference room of the address below on or before Wednesday, 17th April,2024 at 12noon. Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after deadline of tender submission. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders / bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below on Wednesday,17th April,2024 at 12:30noon.
7. Late Tenders will be rejected.
