- 1.0 The Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC) has been allocated funds as part of its budgetary allocation to cover the cost of infrastructural projects and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the:
2.0 Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914).
3.0 Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Documents from The Narcotics Control Commission Headquarters (Procurement Office, Room 116, First floor), Accra, at the address given below during office hours from 0900 hours to 1600 hours GMT from Wednesday 10th April, 2024.
4.0 A complete set of Documents in English will be given to tenderers upon written application and payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 500.00). The method of payment will be made cash at Narcotics Control Commission Account Office for receipt.
5.0 Tender Documents must be deposited into the box located at the Board Room (Room 207) on or before 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday, 25th April, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Security of 2% of the Tender Sum. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative who chooses to attend at the Conference Room of the Narcotics Control Commission, at 11.00 hours GMT on Thursday, 25th April, 2024.
Tenderers will be required to submit their Tenders with the following: -
a) Company Registration Certificate (Attached renewal slip)
b) Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Clearance Certificate
c) Labour Certificate
d) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
e) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
f) Valid Tender Security
g) Valid PPA Certificate
Tenders must be signed, sealed and deposited in the Tender box located at the Conference room (room 207) of the Narcotics Control Commission, Head Office-Accra. Complete set of Tender Document sealed in an envelope should be submitted to the address below:
