- 1.The Ministry of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development through the Government of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its 2024 Capex towards payments under the contract for the procurement of vehicle for Department Of Community Development.
2.The Ministry of Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Supply of Vehicle as indicated in the description.
3.Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tender (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act (Act 663), 2003 as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may contact The Procurement Directorate (1st Floor, Room 23), Ministry of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development, Ministries, Accra for further information and to inspect the tender document from 8:30am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday).
5.A complete set of Tender document in English may be inspected and purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) for each set.
6.Tenders must be delivered to the address below with the appropriate Package number on or before Friday, 19th April, 2024 at 10:00am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00am on Friday, 19th April, 2024.
