- Additional Information:
- 1. The Akuapem North Municipal Assembly has been allocated funds from Ghana Gas Company Limited towards the Construction of 12-Unit Classroom Block at Konko and Construction of an Astroturf Pitch at Mampong Akuapem within Akuapem North Municipality and intends to apply part of this budgetary allocation towards the under-listed project detailed below:
2. The Akuapem North Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tender(s) from eligible Tenderers for the Project detailed in the description.
3. The Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003(Act 633) as Amended (Act 914 of 2016) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
4. A set of Tender Documents may be inspected and purchased at the office of the Akuapem North Municipal Assembly, Akropong, Eastern Region, during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee specified on the table above.
5. The Tender shall be valid for 120 days after Tender opening and shall be accompanied by the 2% tender security from a Bank or an Insurance company acceptable to the employer.
6. A completed Tender documents (accompanied with copies of all documents requested in the Tender Data) shall be sealed in an envelope and deposited in the Tender Box of Akuapem North Municipal Assembly, Akropong, Eastern Region, on or before 10:00 am (local time), THURSDAY 25TH APRIL, 2024. The Tender opening shall take place immediately after the deadline for submission of Tender in presence of Tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.
7. All late Tenders shall be rejected.
8. All tenders should be accompanied by the following document:
1. Business Registration Certificate (attached renewal receipt where applicable)
2. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
4. Valid Works and Housing Certificate
5. Labour Certificate
6. PPA Certificate
7. Valid Assembly Registration Certificate
