- Tender is open to all Tenderers from eligible source as defined in the Guidelines of the Public procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Sealed Tenders are therefore invited from eligible Contractors with financial classification not below D2K2 for the execution of the works. Tendering will be conducted through the procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 as amended, and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement unit and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm local time from Monday to Friday. Complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢250.00).
4. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
a. Valid Certificate of Business Registration
b. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour certificate
e. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate D2,k2 and above
f. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
5. Tenders and supplementary documents all in English should be sealed in an envelope, in accordance with directives in the Tender Data and delivered to the address below at by Tuesday, 30th April, 2024 at 10:00 am at which time tenders will be opened in public at the District Assembly Hall Complex. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
