CONTRACT DESCRIPTION - Construction of 0.40Km of 0.6 U-Drain at 3rd Olooti Street and Akwaadu Street

- Additional Information:
- 1. The La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of the above description.
2. The La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above procurements. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Amendment Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Municipal Coordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 16:00 hours GMT during working days.
4. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 400.00) for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
5. All Tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents where applicable:
(a) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
(b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
(c) Valid PPA Registration Certificate
(d) Valid Labour Certificate
(e) Valid MWH Classification (D3K3) or above
(f) Tender Security and any other documents indicated in the Tender Data.
6. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday, 2nd May, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly at 10.00 hours GMT on Thursday, 2nd May, 2024.
