- 3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Kwadaso Municipal Co-ordinating Director and inspect the Tender document at the address given below from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a Non- Refundable Fee of GH₵500.00 per Document at the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly’s Procurement Unit, between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
5. The completed sealed Tenders must be delivered in the Tender Box at the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly’s Procurement Unit on or before 10:00am, Tuesday, 28th May, 2024. Public Tender opening will be held immediately after the closing time of Tender submission at the address indicated above and will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
6. It is mandatory that Tenderers submit their Tenders with the following documents will form part of the Evaluation criteria.
• Valid Company Registration Certificate(with current annual renewal receipt)
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate / Evidence of Registration

• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid License from Energy Commission
• Manufacturers Authorization
• Power of Attorney
