- 1. The Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly intends to use part of its budgetary allocation to make eligible payments for the item in the description
2. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in Clause 44 of the Public Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 as amended and as defined in the Guidelines of the Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3.Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their tender:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
4. The Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above procurement activities.
5. Eligible tenderers will be post-qualified based on the criteria spelt out in the tender documents for the supply of the above items.
6. Payment for the contract will be wholly in GHANA CEDIS
7. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information to inspect the tender documents from the Procurement Unit of the Assembly from 10:00 hours to 17:00 hours local time each working day.
8. A Complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by any eligible tenderer upon submission of a written application for the above procurement.

These may be done from Thursday, 21st March, 2024 to Friday, 12th April, 2024 between 10:00 and 17:00hrs G.M.T and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GHC 400.00). Any additional set of documents may be purchased at the same price.
9. Eligible tenderers will be required to provide their current addresses, office location, telephone numbers and email addresses, if available to assist in communication and correspondence.
10. Tenders must be deposited into the designated tender box located at the address above at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Friday, 12th April, 2024Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the percentage stated in the table above for the package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative who choose to attend at the Assembly Hall of the Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly at 10.00 hours GMT on Friday, 12th April, 2024.
