- 1. The Ghana Standards Authority, Head Office Accra of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for tender is issued.
2. The Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the contract detailed in the description.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Ghana Standards Authority Procurement Department and inspect the Tender document during office hours from 09:00am to 4:00pm on each working day after the date of publication of this advertisement.
5. Tenderers are required to submit the following mandatory documents as part of their tender. These documents must be valid at the date of tender opening.
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid VAT Registration Certificate
Valid Business Registration Certificate (renewed)
Valid Certificate of Incorporation
Valid Certificate to Commence Business
Evidence of valid Registration with the Public Procurement Authority
Signed tender form.

6. A complete set of tender documents may be procured by interested Tenderers upon submission of an application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 500.00) Only in Cash, at the accounts department (Cash point) of Ghana Standards Authority-Head Office, Accra.
7. Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at the reception of the main Administration block, Ghana Standards Authority, Head Office, on or before, 8th May 2024 at 2:00 pm prompt and addressed to:

Electronic Tendering "will not" be permitted and late Tenders will be rejected.
8. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of Tenderers or their designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend the opening at the Conference Hall (B 17) of Ghana Standards Authority on 8th May 2024 at 2:05 pm.
9. Tenders will be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline for submission.
10. Tenders must be accompanied with a tender security of two percent (2%) of total contract sum from a reputable bank or Insurance Company.
