- 1. The Ahanta West Municipal Assembly, intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Tenders (“IFT”) is issued.
2. The Works requirements is shown in the description and interested tenderers are permitted to tender.
3. The Ahanta West Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers to execute the works referenced above. Tendering will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering procedures prescribed in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 as amended,
4. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.

6. A complete set of Tender Document may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00). Payment shall be made in cash.
7. Interested and eligible tenders may obtain further information from the address above, and inspect the tender documents from 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs GMT from Tuesday 24th April, 2024. The deadline for submission of Tenders is at 10.00 am local time on Tuesday, 20th February, 2024. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the office of the Procurement Unit, AWMA on or before Tuesday, 14th May, 2024 at 10:00hrs GMT.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form and amount specified in the Tender Documents and shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Tender opening.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
