BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF TENDER
Design Phase
i. Design Drawings and BoQs will be prepared by the Employer.
Construction Phase:
i. Civil Works - Demolishing of doors, windows, tiles, roof, sanitary
appliances, cabinets and wardrobes and replacement of same;
ii. Security Surveillance installations;
iii. Electro-Mechanical installations;
iv. Plumbing works;
v. Painting works;
vi. Architectural finishes;
vii. Landscaping;
viii. Road works and drains;
ix. Tennis Court; and
x. Ancillary works

i. Bank of Ghana therefore invites sealed Tenders through National
Competitive Tendering for the conduct of the above – mentioned Works.
Tendering will be in accordance with the National Competitive
Method (NCT) procedure as specified in the Public Procurement
Authority Act,2003 (ACT 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the
Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
ii. Interested eligible contractors may obtain a complete set of Tender
documents at the address below from Mondays to Fridays between the
hours of 09:00 am to 4:00 p.m. The document will be available from
22nd April, 2024 to 5th June, 2024 for inspection and purchase.
iii. The document shall be purchased in person on submission of a written
application letter to the address below, and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS500.00) to account name and number: Miscellaneous Income; PL 52078 at the Banking Hall, Bank of Ghana or at any of its branches in the country.
The pay-in-slip should be submitted with an introductory letter from
eligible contractors to the Estate Office, CPC Building, General
Services Complex, 1st Floor, Bank of Ghana, Spintex, Accra.
iv. All Tenders must be accomplished by a Signed Tender Security
Declaration.
v. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room, 1st Floor - CPC Building, General Services Complex, Bank of Ghana, Spintex, Accra
at 10.00am local time on 6th June, 2024. Late Tenders will be
rejected.
vi. Tenderers shall submit their tenders with the following documents:
Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid VAT Registration Certificate
Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate
Please note that all documents shall be valid at the time of tender closure.
i. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00 am,
6th June, 2024. Completed tender document sealed in an envelope,
