- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Six Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 600.00) only from Wednesday, 24th April, 2024 between the hours of 0900hrs to 1600hrs each working day. The document will be obtained personally upon submission of a written application letter to the address below.

5. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspection of tender documents at the Procurement Unit from 09:00 hours to 16:00 hours GMT on working days.
6. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the Amoanimaa Dede II Hall, Adansi North District Assembly at or before 11:00 hours GMT on 10th May, 2024.
7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission.
8. Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of the tender
• Business Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate with category D3,K3 and above
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of registration with Public Procurement Authority
9. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the Amoanimaa Dede II Hall of the Adansi North District Assembly at 11.00 hours GMT on 10th May, 2024.
10. Late Tenders will be rejected
