- 1. Kumasi Technical University accordingly invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act (Act 663, 2003) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the Procurement Directorate located at the 3rd floor of MP Block from 8:00am to 4:00pm during working days.
3. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application letter to the address below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 200.00). The method of payment will be by cash at the Kumasi Technical University Cash Office.
4. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am, Wednesday, 22nd May, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two percent (2%) of Tender Price. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Council Chamber of Kumasi Technical University.
5. Tenderers are required to provide the following information:
• VALID CURRENT TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
• VALID SSNIT CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE
• VALID VAT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
• VALID BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
• VALID PPA REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
