- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) Public Procurement ( Amendment) Act 914 of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested and eligible tenderers from the Account office from 30th May, 2024 at office hours for non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (Ghc 500.00) to the address below with a submission of a written application to purchase Tender Document. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement officer between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm local time from Tuesday 30th April, 2024 to Thursday 16th May, 2024. In addition to the general requirement stated in the Tender Document, all tender are to be accompanied by the following documents
(a) Register General Certificate
(b) Certificate to Commence Business
(c) Valid Ministry Works and Housing Certificate (D3/K3 and Above)
(d) Valid SSNIT Certificate
(e) Valid Tex Clearance Certificate
(f) Valid Labour Certificate
(g) Tender Security
(h) Any Other Documents.
A complete set Tender Documents (One Original and two Photocopies) sealed in an envelope should be submitted to the address below:

And be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Procurement unit on or before 10am on Thursday 16th May, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late Tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened immediately after the close of tenders in the presence of tenderers or the representatives who wish to attend.
