Miaxmum Schedule for Delivery at Site after Date of Contract Signature is 30 DAYS
- Additional Information:
- 1. The AUDIT SERVICE intends to apply part of its GOG budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of VEHICLES (4 X 4 DOUBLE CABIN PICK-UPS, A 30-SEATER MEDIUM SIZE BUS) AND OFFICE FURNITURE AS DETAILED IN THE DESCRIPTION.
2. The Audit Service invites Tenders from eligible Suppliers for the supply of the above items.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Audit Service at the address given below from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays.
5. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢ 500.00 for each set for vehicles and GH¢ 300.00 for each set for office furniture.
6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security at a fixed sum of Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 50,000.00) for the supply of vehicles and Ten Thousand (GH¢ 10,000.00) for the supply and fixing of office furniture from a reputable Bank or an Insurance Company in Ghana.
7. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tenders the underlisted statutory requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (If applicable)
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation (If applicable)
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
8. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 28th May 2024 at 11.00am. Electronic Tendering “will not” be permitted. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on 28th May 2024 at 11.00am.
