- The Pru East District Assembly (PEDA) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations from the District Assembly Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) Fund to fund eligible payment under the contract for the procurement of economic and security facilities.
The Pru East District Assembly hereby invites sealed tenders from Contractors / supplier with Ministry of Works and Housing Certificates in the category of D4K4 and above for the:
Construction of 1No 3-Unit Classroom Block with Office, Store, Changing Room, Urinal and Toilet at Yeji Girls Model Junior High School in Yeji (BE/PEDA/DPAT/WKS/022/01)
Tender documents (and additional information) may be inspected and purchased at the office of the District Chief Executive, Pru East District Assembly, Yeji – BE/R for a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵400.00) starting from 15th May, 2024 between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm. Tender must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH₵5,000.00) in the form of Bank Guarantee, Certified Cheque or Bid Bond from a reputable Insurance Company.
Sealed Tenders shall be delivered to The Chairperson, Entity Tender Committee, Pru East District Assembly - Yeji on or before 5th June, 2024 at 10:00am prompt. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tender shall be valid for 90 days after its submission.
Tenderers are to submit their completed tenders with the following relevant valid documents:
1. Registrar General’s Registration Certificate(s)
2. Ministry of Water Resources and Housing Certificate
3. Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Clearance Certificate(s)
4. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
5. Labour Clearance Certificate
6. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate
A tenderer will be selected under the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Tender Document.
Tenders will be opened on 5th June, 2024 at 10:00am prompt in the District Assembly Conference Hall in the presence of the tenderer’s or their representatives who choose to attend.
