Additional Information:: The hospital Management and the Entity Tender Committee (ETC) intend to apply part of the hospital’s budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for supply and installation of a Generator Set (800KVA) in support of quality healthcare delivery.

1. Your company/enterprise is hereby invited to participate in the tendering process by applying to the Director of Administration, KATH for a set of tender document at a non-refundable fee of GH¢ 500.00.

2. This invitation is open to Ghanaian registered firms whose object clause permits them to supply the item being tendered for.
3. Interested tenderers are advised to inspect copies of the tender document at the Procurement Unit, KATH from 8:00 am to 4:30pm before they purchase.

4. Tenderers are to submit their tenders at the Office of the Director of Administration, KATH.

5. The closing date for submission of tenders is Friday, 31st May, 2024. The closing time for submission of tenders is 10:00am prompt. Late tenders will be rejected.

6. Tender opening will follow immediately after the closing time for submission of tenders at the address below:

7. This tender process will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (ACT 663) as amended.
