- Additional Information:
- 1. The Member of Parliament for Adaklu Constituency wishes to apply part of his DACF allocations to fund eligible payments under contract for construction of the under-listed projects as indicated in the description.
2. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and Inspect Tender Document from the office of the Procurement Unit of the Assembly between 9:30am and 4:30pm daily from Wednesday 15th May, 2024 to Thursday 30st May 2024.
3. A complete set of tender document (per a Lot) in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon a payment of non-refundable fees of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 400).
4. Tenderers as part of tendering processes shall submit valid copies of the following documents:
Certificate of Business Registration, Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, SSNIT Clearance Certificate, Ministry Of Works and Housing Certificate, Labour Certificate, Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate/Evidence.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than 2% of the Tender Price from a reputable bank or insurance company. Tender security shall be valid for a period of One hundred and twenty (120) days after submission of tenders.
6. Completed tenders must be sealed and deposited in the Tender Box located at the address below on or before, Thursday 30th May 2024.
at 10.30 am after which the bid will be opened in the presence of tenderers or representatives who choose to attend in the Adaklu District Assembly Hall, Adaklu -Waya. All Late submission shall be rejected.
