- 1. The Ghana Grid Company Ltd (GRIDCo) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under Call-off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreement (FWA) concluded through this IFT Primary Procurement process for the Supply of Air Conditioners. The Ghana Grid Company Ltd is undertaking the Primary Procurement with a view to concluding a Framework Agreement. GRIDCo is the sole Entity under the Supply of Air Conditioners Framework Agreement. GRIDCo now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Supply of Air Conditioners. The Framework Agreement to be concluded will be Single-User. The Single-User entitled to procure under the Supply of Air Conditioners Framework Agreement is Ghana Grid Company Ltd.

The Eligibility requirements include:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate or Payment receipt to PPA from the Bank
A complete set of Tendering Document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the submission of a written application to Address (2) below between 09:00 hours to 15:00 hours GMT each working day and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHS 200.00. The method of payment will be by bank transfer in the name of the Ghana Grid Company Ltd’s Account with the under-listed banking details.

Tendering Documents are expected to be available for sale from May 3, 2024.
Any Tenderer who purchases a Tendering Document on behalf of another or submits a Tender in a name other than the original Purchaser of the Tendering Document should provide documentary evidence from the other entity mandating them to do so, failure of which will result in rejection of their Tender.
A Pretender meeting would be held at the CONFERENCE ROOM of GRIDCo Central Warehouse Tema, located 2km off the Tema-Aflao Highway, near Tema Steel Works, on June 3, 2024 at 10:00 hours. All Tenderers must attend the Pretender Meeting.
Tenders shall be valid up to three (3) years after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the appropriate form and format included in the Tendering Document.
Tenders shall be completed, sealed and marked “SUPPLY OF AIR CONDITIONERS” and delivered to the Address (3) below on or before 11:00 hours GMT on June 25, 2024. A soft copy of the tender on a flash drive shall be included in the sealed envelope.
Electronic Tendering “WILL NOT” be permitted.
Late Tenders will be rejected.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the Address 3 below immediately after 11:00 hours, June 25, 2024.
