Tender Name:: Siting, Drilling, Construction and Mechanisation of Boreholes with Standpipes and Storage

Tender Description:: GHANA WATER LTD. (GWL) in collaboration with PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY COMMISSION (PURC) intends to apply part of the Pro-Poor Water Levy to fund eligible payments under various contracts for the implementation of the above works for the provision of potable water to selected communities countrywide.

GWL accordingly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the project detailed in the schedule below.

Ashanti, Upper East, Upper West, Oti, Eastern, Northern, Savannah, Western, Volta, Central, Western North, Greater Accra & Bono East

Additional Information:: A Pre-tender meeting shall be held on 4th June, 2024 at 10:00GMT in the Conference Room (Room 216). Interested tenderers are required to attend.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after the deadline for Tender submission.

Tender Security - GHS15,000.00

It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender/bid the under-listed statutory requirements:

o Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
o Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
o Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
o Valid Business Registration Certificate
o Valid Certificate of Incorporation
o Valid Certificate of Commencement.
o Valid Labour Certificate
o Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
o Ministry of Works & Housing Certificate.
o GWL Plumbers Certificate
