- Interested eligible Tenderers and Proponents may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit and inspect tender documents at the address given below from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm local time from Monday to Friday. Complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢400.00).
4. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
a. Valid Certificate of Business Registration
b. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour certificate
e. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate D2k2 and above
f. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
5. Tenders and supplementary documents all in English should be sealed in an envelope, in accordance with directives in the Tender Data and delivered to the address below by Thursday, 13Th June, 2024 at 10:00 am at which time tenders will be opened in public at the District Assembly Hall Complex. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission
