Additional Information:: Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in accordance with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

3. Interested Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the DWD/Procurement Unit - Atwima Nwabiagya North District Assembly, inspect and purchase the Tender Document at the address given below between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday) for a non -refundable fee of GHC 200.

4. Tenderers are required to submit following statutory documents:
i. Valid Registrar General’s Certificate (with current annual receipt)
ii. Valid Labour Certificate
iii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3)
v. Power of Attorney
vi. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate
vii. Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
viii. Profile of firm, experience in similar field and appropriate key staff

5. Sealed Tenders, bearing the address below should be deposited into the Tender Box located at the District Assembly Hall on or before 10:30 am on Friday, 7th June 2024 at which time and date tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representative who choose to attend at the District Assembly Hall of the Atwima Nwabiagya North District Assembly.
