- The Government of the Republic of Ghana, acting through the Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly intends to apply a portion of the District Assemblies Common Fund – Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) for eligible payments under a contract for which this Invitation for Tenders (IFT) is issued.
2. The Contract expected to be awarded under this IFT is Supply of 400No. Dual Wooden Desks and to be completed within three (3) Calendar Months.
3. The Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Suppliers to tender for the goods referenced above.
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
5. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements:
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (with evidence of current annual renewed receipt)
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
• Tender Security of 2% of the Tender Price
6. Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Document may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Document at the address below.
7. A complete set of the Tender Document in English may be purchased from the Procurement Unit, Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH₵500.00 for a set of Tender Document. The method of payment will be by cash.
8. The deadline for the submission of Tenders is Thursday 13th June, 2024 at 10:00am. Tenders must be delivered to the DPCU Conference Room, Tatale Sanguli District Assembly on or before the time specified above at which time and date Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the meeting at the DPCU Conference Room, Tatale-Sanguli District Assembly.
