Tender Description:: Supply of 2000 meters of 25〖mm〗^2X4 Armoured cables for the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly

Additional Information:: 2. The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Procurement of the above Goods.
Tenders will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

3. Interested tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents:

• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid V.A.T Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Labour Certificate
• Works and Housing Certificate (E3G3) or above

4. The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly is however not bound to accept the lowest tenderer.

5. Interested Tenderers may purchase Tender Documents at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHȼ500.00) only. The method of payment for the tender document will be by cash to Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly in the Ashanti Region.

6. All Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the Metropolitan Conference Room on or before Tuesday, 18th June, 2024 at 10:30am. Late submissions shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at 10:30am on Tuesday, 18th June, 2024 at the Conference Room of the Metropolitan Assembly in Kumasi.
