2. The Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above-mentioned projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only at the Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly from 9:00 – 17:00 hours GMT during working hours starting from Tuesday 4th June, 2024.
3. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday 27th June, 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amounts stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative who chooses to attend at the Municipal Assembly Conference Hall at 11.00 hours GMT on Thursday 27th June, 2024.
All tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents
i. Valid Business registration Certificate
ii. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid SSSNIT Clearance Certificate
iv. Bid Security as indicated in the table above
v. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
