- 2. The Afigya Kwabre South District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the execution of the above projects.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the District Coordinating Director, Afigya Kwabre South District Assembly and inspect the tender documents from 9:00am to 5:00pm each working day.
5. A complete set of tender documents, in English, may be purchased by interested eligible Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee indicated in the table above for the project.
6. Complete tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Procurement Unit on or before 18th June, 2024 at 10:30am prompt.
7. All complete tenders must be accompanied by the following mandatory documents:
Company’s Registration Certificate;
GRA Registration Certificate;
PPA Registration Certificate;
Works and Housing Certificate;
SSNIT Clearance Certificate;
Labour Certificate; and
2% tender security of the tender price from a reputable bank/insurance company.
8. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late tenders will be rejected.
9. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the office of the District Chief Executive at 10:30am on June 18, 2024.
