Additional Information:
Bank of Ghana (BoG) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation
to fund eligible payment under the under listed contract as indicated in the description.

2. Bank of Ghana invites sealed Tenders through National Competitive
Tendering for the Renovation of Regional Manager’s Duty Post,
Sunyani. Tendering will be conducted in accordance with the National
Competitive Tendering Method (NCT) procedures as specified in the
Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the guidelines
of the PPA of the Republic of Ghana.

3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and
inspect the Tender document at the address stated below from
Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00am to 4:00pm from
29th May 2024. The Deadline for purchase of Tenders is 8th July 2024
at 10:00am.

4. Tenderers shall submit their tenders with the following eligibility
documents:
i. Certificate of Incorporation/Company Registration Certificate
ii. Current Labour Certificate
iii. Current Tax Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
v. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate
(minimum of D2, K2)
vi. Tender Security (Bond from a Reputable Insurance Company
or a Guarantee from a Reputable Bank)

vii. Current Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration
Certificate
viii. Valid Board Resolution for Authorization to represent
Company
ix. Information regarding any litigation, current or during the last
five years, in which the Tenderer was/is involved, the parties
concerned, the disputed amounts, and awards;
x. Total monetary value of construction works performed for each
of the last five years not less than GH¢1,500,000.00/year;
xi. Experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the
last five years, and details of work under way or contractually
committed; and clients who may be contacted for further
information on those contracts.
Please note that all documents shall be valid at the time of tender opening.

5. The tender document shall be purchased in person on submission of
a written application letter to the address below and upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500) to the
Bank of Ghana account details below;

Bank Branch: Banking Hall of Bank of Ghana, Accra on One
Thorpe Road or any of the Bank of Ghana
branches in the country.

The pay-in-slip should be submitted with an introductory letter from
eligible contractors to the; Estate Office, CPC Building, General
Services Complex, 1st Floor, Bank of Ghana, Spintex Flowerpot,
Accra.

6. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ and
or their representatives who choose to attend at the address stated
below and marked as (ii) on 9th July 2024, at 2:00pm prompt.

7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 180 days after deadline for tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected.
