- 1. The Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the Construction of the above-mentioned Works and supply of the goods. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, (Act 663) and the amended Act 914, 2016.
2. A complete set of the Tender Documents may be purchased by interested and eligible Tenderers at the Procurement Unit of the Municipal Assembly, Bechem within normal working hours from 09.00hours to 17.00 hours GMT at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 500.00) per lot
3.Tenderers are required to submit their tenders with the following valid supporting documents.
WORKS;
1. Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate.
2. SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
3. Labour Clearance Certificate.
4. Power of Attorney
5. Business Registration Certificate from the Registrar General’s Department.
6. Registration Certificate from the Public Procurement Authority
7. Tax Clearance
GOODS;
1. Registration General’s Certificate
2. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate
3. Tax Clearance (GRA) Certificate
4. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
5. Certificate from the Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
Failure to summit any of the above documents will render the tender non-responsive
4. A completed Tender Document sealed in an envelope bearing the Project Name and Contract number should be addressed to;

5.Completed Tender documents should be deposited in the Assembly’s Tender Box located at the Office of the Municipal Chief Executive on or before 10am on 25th June, 2024.Tenders shall be opened in the presence of tenderers who choose to attend at the Municipal Assembly Conference Hall, Bechem on 25th June, 2024 at 10.00 GMT. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after opening.
