- 1. The Ministry of Roads and Highways intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for procurement of Office Consumables and Stationery with IFT. No GR/MRH/GD/0004/2024 towards the realization of the above cited project.
NB: Tenderers shall quote for all the items in their required quantities. Partial Tenders shall
be disqualified.
2. The Ministry of Roads and Highways invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers to the Supply Office Consumables and Stationery. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Ministry of Roads and Highways Procurement Directorate, Third Floor, Room 307 and inspect the Tender Document between 09:00 to 16:00 hours during working days at the address given below or the e-GP portal ( https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh ).
4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be accesses by interested Tenderers through the e-GP portal ( https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh ).
5. Tenders must pay a non-refundable participation fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GhȻ500.00) for each set of tender documents. The method of payment will be through the Government Electronic Payment Portal.
6. Tenders must be delivered through the e-GP portal ( https://www.ghaneps.gov.gh ) on or before Wednesday July 10th, 2024, at 10:00am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than Two percent (2%) of the total tender price or as stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
7. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will not be opened. Tenders will be opened electronically at 10:00am on Wednesday July 10th, 2024 at 10:00am.
8. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
