Additional Information:: 2. The Juaben Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663,) as Amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested and eligible tenders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of Juaben Municipal Assembly and inspect the tender document at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days.
4. Tender document may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵200.00).
5. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the address below at or before10:30 hours GMT on Wednesday,10th July 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amounts stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Municipal Assembly’s Conference Room at 10:30 hours GMT on Wednesday, 10th July,2024.
