- 1. The Ghana Meteorological Agency intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Vehicles and Procurement of Computers & Accessories as detailed in the description
2. The Ghana Meteorological Agency invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Supply of the above items. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Board of the Republic Ghana.
3. Interested and eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Ghana Meteorological Agency Headquarters and inspect the Tender documents at the address I given below from 09:00am to 04:00pm each day from Monday, 1st July 2024.
4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a nonrefundable fee of GH¢500.00 for each Lot. The method of payment will be in cash.
5. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00am on Tuesday, 16th July 2024. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of Tender price. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address II below at 11:00am on Tuesday, 16th July 2024.
6. Tenders must be supported with the following relevant Statutory Requirements.
• Valid Company Registration Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid VAT Registration
• Valid SSNIT Certificate
• Valid PPA Certificate
