Tender Description:: The Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources (MSWR) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Greater Accra Resilient and Integrated Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Litter Prevention Measures in Selected Communities.

The Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources (MSWR) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Litter Prevention Measures in Selected Communities as below;

Lot 1 Construction of Fence Wall Around Ayidan Landfill – 677m
Lot 2 Construction of Fence Wall Around Ayidan Landfill – 678m
Lot 3 Construction of Fence Wall Around Ayidan Landfill – 790m

Additional Information:: All Bids must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Thirty-Six Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC 36,000.00), Thirty-Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC 35,000.00), and Forty-Four Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC 44,000.00) for Lots 1, 2 and 3 respectively.

It is mandatory that Bidders submit with their tender the following statutory documents:

a. Valid Business Registration Certificate (s)
b. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
d. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
e. Valid Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
f. Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate D1K1
g. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Certificate
