Additional Information:: 3. Tender Documents may be purchased at the office of the District Procurement office at Atwima Mponua District Assembly, Nyinahin during working hours from Thursday, 4th July 2024 to Wednesday 25th July 2024. Tenderers will be required to produce the following, alongside their tenders:
• Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of PPA Registration
• Valid Ministry of Works, and Housing Registration Certificate, D3K3 and above.

4. Tenders must be valid for 150 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant bid security from Commercial Banks in the form of a Bank Draft, Certified Cheque, and Bank Guarantee OR Bid Bonds from Insurance Companies in good standings with the National Insurance Commission.

5. Tender Documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Cedis (GH¢ 400.00) only for each set.

6. Completed Tender Documents must be delivered to the address below ON or BEFORE 10:00 am on Thursday, 25th July 2024
