Tender Description:: 1. The Government of Ghana through Community Water and Sanitation Agency (CWSA) has secured funding from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and intends to apply part of the funds towards eligible payments under the contract for the rehabilitation and expansion of Adum Banso Water System in the Western Region.

Scope of works:
• Supply and installation of 2No. hybrid submersible pump complete with solar farm
• Supply and laying of 17km of OD110mm HDPE PN16 Transmission Pipelines complete with fittings and valve chambers
• Supply and laying of 8.9km of HDPE PN10 Distribution Pipelines of varying sizes complete with fittings and valve chambers
• Construction of 1no 100m3 concrete tank at 12m height
• Construction 10No. public standpipes fitted with smart meter dispensers
• Rehabilitation of existing water system management office
• Rehabilitation of existing treatment plant

Additional Information:: 1. Tendering is open to local companies that are registered with the Registrar General Department and Ministry of Works and Housing (MWH) with Classifications [D1, K1, and E1, G1].

2. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by a Tender Security addressed to the Chief Executive, Community Water and Sanitation Agency, Head Office-Accra

3. Tenders shall be delivered at the front desk of CWSA Head Office on or before 10:am (Local Time) on 8th July, 2024 at which time Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives who wish to attend.
