Tender Description:: Construction of Multi -Purpose Building
(Ground Floor Only)

Additional Information:: 2. A contractor will be selected under the National Competitive Tendering Procedures and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from The Office of the Principal, Sunyani Nursing and Midwifery Training College and inspect the Tender document at the address given below from 8:30 am to 5pm For Non-Refundable Fee of GHC 300.00.

4. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory
Requirements.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• 2% Tender Security of the total contract sum
• Valid Business Registration Certificate (With evidence of annual renewal)
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA.
• Valid Works and Housing Certificates – D2K2
• Valid Labour certificates

5. Sealed tenders bearing the address below must be delivered into the Tender Box located at the Conference room on or before 2nd August, 2024 at 10:00 am.

6. The Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives at 10:00 am on Friday 2nd August, 2024 at the Sunyani Nursing and Midwifery Training College (Conference room). Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline for Tender submission.

7. Late Submission will be rejected and returned unopened to the Tenderer.
